The Gandel Marketing Inc. team consists of senior professionals who provide flexible and responsive marketing services for our clients. Following are bios of key team members.

Priscilla Gandel, President
Priscilla is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in driving innovative solutions, leading projects, launching products and managing organizations. She has a proven track record of creating and executing successful programs with outstanding financial results in multiple product categories. Known for her forward-thinking problem solving skills, Priscilla is an expert in business strategy, marketing, new product development, brand building and management, research, analysis and financial reporting.

Priscilla consistently orchestrates the success of teams and drives projects forward to completion. She understands her clients' visions and has a unique ability to turn those visions into reality. Priscilla has managed projects for many clients including American Express, Barnes & Noble, multiple Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, Health Axis, Prudential Life, Morgan Stanley and Dreyfus. These projects have included strategic development and implementation of marketing plans and programs, identity systems and guidelines, Web sites, marketing and brand training and multi-channel promotions.

Before launching Gandel Marketing Inc., Priscilla held management positions on both the agency and client side. At American Express, Priscilla headed up the internal direct marketing agency. She managed and grew the NY office of Age Wave Impact, an integrated communications firm that specialized in marketing programs targeting baby boomers and seniors. Priscilla also managed accounts at FCB, Ayer and Steinert & Associates. Among her clients were American Express, Marriott, AT&T and Citibank.

Her client side experience included vice president of marketing at NatWest (now Fleet) Bank where she was responsible for customer and prospect communications and all direct marketing sales.

Priscilla has a bachelor's degree in political science from Tufts University in Boston and studied at the London School of Economics.

Gina Bruce, Creative Director
Gina has more than 25 years of consumer and business-to-business marketing experience in a variety of media. She has developed strategies, created concepts and written copy for direct mail, radio, TV, Web sites, sell sheets, telemarketing scripts, promotional displays, print ads and collateral materials. Her experience has touched every industry and product category from healthcare to retail to pet food.

Gina has held senior creative positions at a number of New York agencies including Rapp and Collins, Steinert & Associates, J. Walter Thompson, TLK and Chapman Direct, a division of Young & Rubicam. Gina also has over 16 years of full-time freelance experience.

Gina's clients and projects have included American Express, Allegra, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Barnes & Noble, Cancer Support Team, CNN.com, Aerial Wireless, Comcast, J. Crew, Weight Watchers, Science Diet Pet Foods, Conde Nast Publications, Gentiva Health Services, CVS, Oppenheimer Funds, Standard & Poors, NatWest Bank, Campbell's, Dove Soap, Avon, IKEA and Kaplan Test Preparation.

Gina has a BA in Literature and Communications from Pace University. She also studied advertising at the School of Visual Arts, NY and writing at The New School, NY.

Carmen Soubriet and Philip Byrne, Co-Designers
Carmen has over 26 years experience as an art director and designer with advertising agencies, graphic design firms and financial marketing and communications companies. Her clients have included AT&T, American Express, Pioneer Funds, New York Institute of Finance, First Union, Ross Companies, MetLife, Standard & Poor's and Fleet Bank. Carmen is a native of Barcelona and has a BA in Art History from the University of Barcelona and an AA degree in Visual Communications from JCC in Kansas City. She is affiliated with various artistic and civic organizations in NYC like the New York City Ballet and the Balanchine Foundation.

Philip has 18+ years of experience as a creative director in branding, advertising and design in the financial services, fashion, travel and healthcare industries. His clients have included Lucent Technologies, Instinet, ITT Hartford, AT&T, New York Institute of Finance, Columbia Business School, MetLife, Standard & Poor's, Guiness and International Papers. Philip is a native of Dublin, Ireland and has won several awards in the UK, Ireland and the US including a corporate ID award from the Society of Designers in Ireland and a British Design Council award. He is a graduate of the School of Printing in London and has a BA in Visual Communications and a diploma of distinction for design for print from the City and Guilds of London.
